The room was very spacious, allowing for easy movement and even a small workout. There was plenty of room to store my suitcase and any shopping I had. The cleaning staff exceeded my expectations, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.
The bathroom was a little too small and the shower area was uncomfortable, being right next to the toilet. the hotel was a bit difficult to find, even with GPS and asking for directions.

the location
No daily clean up, no bath tower, very expensive for the comfort while it's very easy to find far better hotel in the same area and 40% less expensive.

We actually checked out the next day instead of the intended 9 nights because the bathroom was too small for comfort. The surrounding area though was howevere full of activity:shops, restaurants and the metro was not far.
The bathroom was tooo small. its fitted together with the WC. The small size of the room means that when you turn on the heater, it get real hot very quickly, and when you reduce the heat, it then gets very cold. The view from our window was to another wall. there were 3 channels all in Japanese. This is simply a budget traveller's hotel, not a relaxing city trip hotel.

Place, Cleanness, Price, Facilities
Most of the staffs could not speak english well. There was no english channel available by the room tv and they told that they did not expect overseas travellers in this hotel !!!!!!

Functional, reasonably priced room with very appealing interior and necessities, as example! Perfectly comfortable and unbeatable location in Chuo Ward district near the metro station or JR station in 15 minutes and convenient stores, restaurants and major train lines. Caring and attentive staff and altogether a VERY GOOD experience.
